Saint Stanislaus College, a Catholic resident and day school for boys in grades 7 - 12, is seeking a full-time Finance Director.   The Finance Director agrees to assist the president of Saint Stanislaus in overseeing the financial operation of the school. Also included are the customary supervisory and custodial functions, conferences with students and parents, attendance at Parent-Director of Finance meetings and faculty meetings when appropriate, service on faculty committees, and cooperation and professional
collaboration in studying departmental and school issues.  The Director of Finance agrees to be available for any and all service as determined by the president and/or his designee during the full period of this contract.  Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversees the School’s financial activity, including monitoring cash balances, budgeting,
reporting, and auditing preparation and follow-up.
Oversees all accounting procedures.
Oversees management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and, along with the
president, approves same.
Assures legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitors compliance with laws and
regulations.
Prepares and submits material for the school’s annual audit and oversees implementation of audit
recommendations.
Prepares and present school’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review and
approval by the school’s Board of Directors.

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. A Master's degree is preferred as is a current CPA license.    Experience in working with high school finances is a plus.
