Pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated Section 77-3-42, the Mississippi Public Service Commission seeks to contract with qualified certified public accounting firms and qualified procurement expert consulting firms to conduct separate audits and management reviews of Mississippi Power Company and Entergy Mississippi, LLC for the time periods of October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 and October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023.  Subject to  Commission discretion and approval, the selected CPAs or consulting firms may have the option to renew the initial two-year contract for fiscal years 2024 and 2025, depending upon several proposal options described in the RFPs.  The initial audits and reviews must be completed to the satisfaction of the Commission no later than December 16, 2022 and December 15, 2023, respectively.
