1. Oversee and reconcile all departmental travel processes. 2. Serve as primary liaison with campus travel office and Anthony Travel agency. 3. Audit travel expenditures and claims. 4. Oversee and process travel related procurement card transactions. 5. Keep informed of appropriate travel related policies. 6. Provide travel training to all department personnel as needed. 7. Reconcile and assist with fiscal administration for the department/unit, including but not limited to budgets, contracts, payroll, employment, travel and/or purchasing. 8. Maintain an efficient system of receiving, posting, and depositing revenue and receiving, verifying, posting, and processing vouchers for payment of goods and services. 9. Transfer funds between accounts following established guidelines. 10. Prepare various accounting schedules, statements, and reports for monthly and annual reporting. 11. Reconcile division financial records with university accounting records. 12. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget. 13. Maintain files and records in support of accounting data. 14. Assist Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director/CFO and Assistant AD for Business Operations with projects as assigned. 15. Perform related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sports Management or related field, with one (1) year of experience in collegiate athletics, professional sports, or related field.
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or sports management. 2. Experience in fund accounting. 3. Knowledge of applicable rules and standards of Southeastern Conference (SEC) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Knowledge and previous experience using Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to operate computer keyboard and 10-key electronic calculator.

* Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. * Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. * No or very limited exposure to physical risk. * No or very limited physical effort required.
