Position Function: This position is accountable both to the Administrative Director and Head of the Meridian Campus for meeting desired campus strategic initiatives as well as the Director of Admissions and Scholarships for matters of institutional policy and procedural compliance. As such, the Coordinator leads a team in reaching desired enrollment and student success goals through coordination of essential admissions, financial aid, registrar, student accounts, learning resource, disability, and veterans' services. Additionally, the coordinator serves as a liaison between the Starkville and Meridian Campuses in providing excellent service to students and ensuring regulatory compliance in areas of supervision. Salary Grade: 14 Please see Staff Compensation Structure or Skilled Crafts and Service Maintenance Compensation Schedule for salary ranges. For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. Area of Specialization: Student Services Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manages and directs various functional areas within Student Services to develop a high performing team, while ensuring these areas have collaborative relationships with their colleagues on the Starkville Campus. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and minimum of five years' experience in a student services area.
