The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for all financial and accounting functions including: asset/liability management, interest rate risk management, investment portfolio, cash management including alternative funding sources, financial and regulatory reporting, budgeting, internal controls, payroll and 401(k) Plan administration, and preparation for examinations and audits. Responsible for preparation and presentment of financial reports to the bank board of directors. Will serve as a point of contact for various audits and regulatory exams. Serve as member of the bank’s senior executive team and lead member of the asset/liability/pricing committee. Works closely with the Loan Servicing Manager during the acquisition and disposal of OREO. Responsible for the analysis of the adequacy of the ALLL. Position may include project management.
