|Master's degree in business, health sciences, or health care administration and five (5) years managerial and financial/business management experience, or bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, or health care administration and seven (7) years managerial and financial/business management experience. Experience in an academic medical center or large group experience with knowledge of teaching, research, and clinical practice operations preferred. CPA preferred. |
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Physician recruitment and compensation plan development experience • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with physicians, management, staff, and other customers • Demonstrated customer service skills, including the ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving issues • Comfortable operating in a complex matrix environment • Ability to effectively handle challenging situations and manage multiple priorities • Demonstrates ability to acquire understanding and absorb new information rapidly • Demonstrates low tolerance for mediocrity and exhibits conscientiousness and high sense of responsibility • Shows awareness of organizational culture and builds formal and informal networks to achieve goals Acts as a catalyst for organizational change • Is able to assess readiness and manage people through change processes • Excellent verbal and written skills • Ability to use personal computer applications and knowledge of accounting systems and other financial and managerial software applications.
